The Society makes small grants to its members, twice a year as resources permit, to enable research projects and publications to be undertaken on the post-medieval archaeology of Britain, Europe and the wider world, from c.1500 to the present day. Each grant proposal is subject to a maximum of £2000 and the total fund available in any single application round will be £2000.

Applications are considered twice a year, with deadlines for submission on 1st March and 1st September. Successful applicants will be informed by 1 May and 1 November respectively, and must submit a report about their project for inclusion on this website and in the Society’s newsletter.
