The results of the Spring round of the SPMA Research Grants competition have been now concluded. This time, the awards will go to the Peeblesshire Archaeological Society to continue the Shootinglee Forest Stead Project (amound awarded: £775) and to Veronica Lee (University of York) for research project ’Fish for the Wealthy: Pike Trade in the Baltic Sea Region (500–1700 AD)’ (amount awarded: £840). The results of the projects will be published in our newsletter in due course.
