The next SPMA Research Grants deadline is fast approaching!
You have until Sunday, 1 March 2026, to apply for funding from our Research Grants fund.
We award small research grants twice per year. The aim is to support research projects and publications on the post-Medieval archaeology of Britain, Europe and the wider world from about 1500 BCE to the present day.
Each research grant proposal is subject to a maximum of £2000. The total fund available in any single application round will be £2000. We may divide the available fund between a number of applications.
